Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! On a subscription package you can upgrade at anytime. Conversely, you shall be able to move to a lower tier after a minimum duration which will be set out in your agreement. 

We provide minimum terms with each package, taking into account the time and resources invested by both parties. Cancellation terms are determined by mutually agreed contracts.

Your asset digital twin can be created in as little as 2 weeks, depending on the existing visual data you have available. For new captures timing is heavily influenced by asset size. Typically we'll have your asset available to navigate within a 2 weeks of survey completion (sooner for priority areas if required).
